A Family-Friendly Getaway with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay with family, especially the spacious accommodations and the large beach just outside the hotel. Activities for kids kept them entertained, but dining options felt repetitive. Consider trying the nearby restaurants for more variety. Parking can be tricky. street parking worked for us without issues.

The food was incredible, especially the paella and thematic Mexican night. The quiet pool was perfect for lounging, and the ice cream was always a treat. I'd definitely come back!

The room was okay, but we had some issues. No door locks in the bathroom or bedroom, which felt weird for privacy with kids around. Also, the room had a mold smell and wasn’t as clean as I expected. I had to deal with some pesky mosquitoes at night too. On the bright side, we got a nice balcony overlooking the sea, which was a plus. Overall, just not the cozy escape we hoped for.

The food was AMAZING, overall quality was higher than expected, and the kids loved the splash zone. Staff were really friendly, one even remembered my kid's name and brought her a special dessert at dinner!

Loved the family room with a balcony for evening relaxation. The spacious bathroom had both a shower and a bath, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Great outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The location was perfect—just a minute from the beach. Daily shows were fun and engaging for all ages. The staff made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Not to mention, there could be a noticeable improvement in the pool area with more sunbeds available for guests!!! Don't get me started on the lengthy check-in process, it felt far too slow for my liking!!!

The beach access is convenient, but it’s a public area that gets crowded quickly, especially on weekends. renting loungers at 7 euros felt like an unnecessary extra. Lastly, some aspects like older furniture in rooms and the lack of coffee makers can definitely take away from the grown-up feel you might expect here.

The communal patio area was delightful, offering charming spaces for relaxation, complete with tables and chairs. My accessible apartment made maneuvering easy, and the friendly staff were always courteous and helpful.
